Guest guest
Sorry if this has come up, but pretty well everyday I wake up to having extremely strong feelings in my heart. Sometimes I would wake up just a little bit and instantly I have to get up becuase of how strong the feeling is. It would be 5 in the morning and I wouldn't be able to get back to sleep lol, I'd have no choice but to get up.... which is fine, but thats early. Why is it that this happens? I keep thinking that it must have something to do with my spine not being straight while I'm sleeping so all this energy is rushing to my heart area. Could it maybe have to do with my breathing at night? Also, when I try to go back to sleep with this I notice that this energy gets into my legs (?), and my legs get tense and restless. I jsut end up moving around a lot. I also feel it in the base of my spine. Does this indicate a grounding issue? Maybe I should work more grounding exercises before bed. Does this happen with anyone else? Does anything happen with you upon waking up? <3, Drea
Guest guest
Drea, I have been receiving messages about this month of May being special, with Mother Mary gifting us all with a cloak of love that will aid each of us individually in our awakening. I feel something IS happening as before I read this message about the cloak I had an outer world confirmation/synchronicity that made me take notice. So, perhaps your heart is feeling this as it said the cloak was being added whilst we sleep. I'm sure the Kundalini is sensitive to anything being done globally and individually from the heavens. May love surround you, Elektra x x x ________ Sent from Mail. A Smarter Email http://uk.docs./nowyoucan.html
Guest guest
Hello Drea and all, I am not for sure it has to do with how you breath while asleep, but I have woke up often with my heart going strong and it also does that with me coming out of a meditation. I thought it was my physical heart when it first began happening, but I began paying close attention with it especially coming out of meditation and realized the sensation is not from the physical heart, but the heart chakra. Next time it happens pay close attention and see if you can sense both your physical heart and the heart chakra at the same time. You should sense your physical heart beating normal and slowly and it is the heart chakra that is that so strong and going fast. I think what helped me to realized this is that for a long time while trying to have an OBE I used the technique of listening to your heart beat. I did this so much that it only takes me a couple of seconds now to feel my physical heart beat on any part of my body I focus on. LOL! It's kind of cool. As for the leg pain and restlessness I get that, too. I don't know about you but in my case I don't feel it has anything to do with grounding, but from just having too much energy stuck in the legs. During shaktipats I would get kriyas in my legs because of too much energy in my legs I think (espcially in the first few shaktipats). There is this breathing exercise I just began doing that seemed natural for me and I realized it relieved the pressure in my legs and the pain would go and my legs would relax. All I did was take deep breath and at the same time visualize energy coming in from my crown chakra and I would send it all the way down my body and through my legs and out into the earth. On the next breath I visusalized the eneryg coming up from the earth and going all the way out through the crown and on out into space. I just did that over and over several times and it would feel like the energy then would distributed evenly through out my body, rather than a hugh amount being stuck in just my legs. Even when setting at the computer for long periods of time and my legs start aching, I can stop and do that and the pain will go. Also, the other day when made the following post title " Wounds " , I tried what he had suggested even though I don't think I have had a spinal sweep, unless when I was baptized in the Holy Spirit counted as one. Hehe! Anyway, I have been having the energy to get stuck between the 4th and 5th chakra lately so I decided to give it a try. I first did what he suggested first: " Try and access any emotions associated with this area and forgive and or release the attachment. This is important as the body remembers. " This took me all the way back when I was only 5 or 6 years old when I recieved a neck injury for jumping off the chicken house, which was too high for me to be jumping at that age. LOL! I wanted to learn to fly really bad. Hehe! Anyways, in doing that exerise I realized it relieved the pressure pain I was having in my legs at the same time. Last night I woke up and my legs were aching and instead of doing the breathing exercise I just tried rubbing my feet together and arching my back at the same time and the pain in my legs left instantly and I fell back to sleep quickly. Guest guest
electra- That sounds interesting, where are you getting this information? It may be so, but I've been having this go on for a few months or even longer than just may. It has been happening more often in the last month though. valerie- I just thought I would share this for you. I think the restlessness definately has something to do with having too much energy, like you just want to be active. I suggest to you to practice doing something active before meditating or going to bed. I've been starting to look into Osho's active meditations like his dynamic meditation that allows you to be very active and chaotic before getting into that nonactive meditation. Doing this may help to stop your restlessness for meditation. These active meditations help to release tension or anything keeping you from being still. Meditation has been hard for me lately because I've been getting a lot of energy in my head (I have no clue what this energy has been doing... its cleasing I hope) so I've been trying these active meditations out as one of the things to help. His website is here www.osho.com I love this author so much. I've been buying several books by him. Everything he shares is gold. I just only really get the restlessness feelings in ym legs when I wake up slighly at 5 in the morning and so it makes it difficult to go back to sleep. Other then that I onyl occasionally get restlessness in my legs. linda- well... I dont know, I've always thought that was the heart chakra. It's just a really good energic feeling in my heart. Sometimes it gets so intense that I can't get my hand off my chest, or i end up rubbing it till its almost red. I dont know, is it just the physical heart? At other times in my day I get the same feeling in the base of my spine, feet, hands, my throat, and a few inches above my other heart chakra (-for some reason) so it gets me to assume that all of these points must be chakras and not just organs. Yes. I believe this restlessness and tension in the legs first thing in the morning must have something to do with energy being stuck in the legs. With me its like, if I don't get out of bed the moment I feel this in my heart then energy goes to my legs. I was just curious as to whats up because it seemed like my energy was resorting to flowing downward instead of upward if I just tried to stay rested.... I don't know lol, maybe I'm just over analyzing whats going on. I'll try the exercise though. And yes, I was just digging into those chakra exercises chrism has given us. It's funny that you talk about your 4th and 5th chakras because those are the two I'm working with. Do you think that the chakras you feel may indicate that they have a need to be cleared and that they are " stuck " or blocked?... sorry if thats a newbie question much lvoe. thats for your replies *heart*, drea

LOL! I just mention that with the physical heart to compare it to what is happening with the heart chakra. Lots of times when people get the intense feelings in the heart area they think it is their physical heart, but the intense feelings are really coming from the heart chakra itself. The physical heart is just for pummping blood throughout the body. When you practice being aware of them as seperately, you can know it is so. I think we are on the same page. Hehe! @@@ Yes. I believe this restlessness and tension in the legs first thing in the morning must have something to do with energy being stuck in the legs. I don't know lol, maybe I'm just over analyzing whats going on. @@@ I have not experienced that exactly as your describe, sometimes I have the leg pain when I first get into bed. I have litle sensations of energy sparking here and there up my legs attimes when this occurs... sometimes even feels like a snake curling itself around them. @@@ I'll try the exercise though. And yes, I was just digging into those chakra exercises chrism has given us. It's funny that you talk about your 4th and 5th chakras because those are the two I'm working with. Do you think that the chakras you feel may indicate that they have a need to be cleared and that they are " stuck " or blocked?... sorry if thats a newbie question @@@ Gosh! I am a newbie myself with all this stuff so newbie question or not, I have no idea. I have sensed that I have had a blockage there and possibly still do. At the seminar one of the ladies work on clearing chakra blockages and she said she did sense something there. She did work on clearing it. I have had a lot of physical injuries to my neck so that could be the cause for me. My chiropactor from some time ago told me that my neck bones where curbed in the opposite directions from what they should be. He did a lot of work on my neck for a couple of years. Don't know if he did a lot good in getting the bones to going in the right direction, but I don't have as much problems now, so I suppose he did. I went through a lot of major back pain back then. A few weeks ago the energy got stuck there for a few days and I was in a lot of pain. I couldn't get it to go down or up. On the third day I did a healing technigue on it and got relief, but man have I been through a lot of stuff since. I am ok now, made it through that. phew! Right now my energy is staying mainly at the heart chakra level, but it doesn't feel stuck there, although there is some slight pain. Maybe Shakti is doing some healing on my neck, getting those neck bones fixed up. Ha! I really don't know nothing. LOL! blessing & love, Linda , " Drea " <lvledusa wrote: > > linda- well...
