Strange cracking -

The other day I woke up to a really strange cracking. Not like the

usually pops and crackles. I can't describe the sound, but it was

deafeningly loud and it echoed (no jokes about my head being empty,

lol!). A cracking noise is the only thing I can come up with and it

was definately internal. Any idea what this was?

Hi Sarita

I heard a big loud knock about six months ago, I was asleep, and it woke me up -

I though someone was breaking into the house. It was a loud crack almost like a

big hard solid walking stick being hit on a wooden table, apparently this is one

of the Kundalini experiences possible.

Hope this helps

blessings and love

Is it a long drawn out crackle or a sharp crack like a gunshot? I get both of

these - sometimes so loud they will wake me up out of a dead sleep. I also

sometimes get ringing noises. It's rare, I'd say maybe once or twice every few

months.

I get the crackling noises often. This one was more like a gun shot.

Yup - " sounds " familiar, pun intended <g> ... I don't know what this is, but

it's possible it is some kind of blockage being cleared, maybe? I'm just

speculating. I know it is not a physical noise but it sure sounds like one. If

it was physical my cat would jump out of her skin and it's only me who does

that, he he ...

Hi Sarita, Nick and Brandi. I also have experienced a sound like a

loud gunshot, also a a single piercing dog bark and it is usually in

the pre-wake final stage of sleep. It has definitely become more

noticeable since Kundalini activation. However, it may well be a

more broadly experienced occurrence, as suggested in this log:

Best wishes - John.

That's interesting - I'm sure it's pretty common - it could just be some kind of

brain fart for all I know <g> ... but I am not going to go around telling people

I suffer from " Exploding Head Syndrome " ! (laugh)

I read on the site John posted and everyone seems to associate it with

whatever they are experiencing. I always associated it with one of the

sounds of leaving the body from the 6th chakra. I have had it go off

while up doing things though, so it can happen when you are not asleep.

I have no clue what it is.

Haha! It usually happens in the middle of the night and I know the

sound is internal because if not, my hubby would be jumping off the

bed with me, lol. The dog doesn't notice it either. I find it

amazing that we can hear things so loudly inside us.
