Waking up in the morning -Drea

Hello Drea,

These are common symptoms and nothing is wrong. Just do

your best to relax and yet if your legs wish to move and you are

alone in bed - move them!

 

I have found a certain way of moving the legs that brings Kundalini

on even more but thats for me at this point and there is no need for

you to get over stimulated! - lol.

 

Allow the energy to do as it wishes and practice giving up your

natural inclination to " control it " . Let it be as it needs to be at

this time. Nothing is wrong. In fact everything is right! -
