Guest guest
Hello Drea, These are common symptoms and nothing is wrong. Just do your best to relax and yet if your legs wish to move and you are alone in bed - move them! I have found a certain way of moving the legs that brings Kundalini on even more but thats for me at this point and there is no need for you to get over stimulated! - lol. Allow the energy to do as it wishes and practice giving up your natural inclination to " control it " . Let it be as it needs to be at this time. Nothing is wrong. In fact everything is right! - blessings Drea - chrism , " Drea " <lvledusa wrote: > > Sorry if this has come up, but pretty well everyday I wake up to > having extremely strong feelings in my heart.
