Strange cracking - Sarita

There are many reasons for this Sarita. One of them is a widening of

the spinal channel by the Kundalini in you. " CRACK! " is not an

uncommon experience. Sometimes one can feel as if an object is being

pushed up the inside of the spinal channels and more crackings will be

felt(not painful)and heard. Excellent progress Sarita! - blessings -
