Possehl, which is the source Venugopal cited as having the other missing yoga postures. Despite what Venugopal claimed, it appears that the image on my website is in fact the prototypical Harappan seal illustrating a supposed yoga posture. Also, just as I originally asserted, the Harappan seals only illustrate this single simple sitting posture. Possehl does provide a list of 16 seals, but these –all- illustrate the exact same posture. Venugopal's claims that the picture on my website " doesn't correspond " to the seals, and his claim that there exist 9 or 16 seals which illustrate different postures, are both simply untrue. The picture on my site is a typical example (in fact it was the first discovered), and there are no seals illustrating any other supposed yoga postures.
