Yes, that makes total sense. Because I was raised in a church I no

longer believe in, prayer feels stilted and artificial to me because of

that association (must learn to re-create or re-invent prayer, as it

really is a good thing). So what you suggest sits well with me. I will

use that next time I encounter that cold, negative feeling or sadness

and hurt I feel in a place. Excellent advice, Brandi. Thank you...again!
