Don't know how long it'll take to respond since he is traveling, so I can

offer that the 3:00 a.m. hour is the best time of the day for meditation and

other spiritual practices, so changing to 3 or 3:30 would be fine. And the

Tibetans should be done first, followed immediately by meditation (unless you're

doing the Compression Prayer as well, which should be done after the Tibetans,

before meditating).

Hope this helps,

Claudia

Hi Chrism,

Kate and I have been getting up at 2:30am to do the Tibetans and to

meditate. Would it be the end of the world if we changed it to 3:00

or 3:30? We keep winding up staying up until then, and it throws off

our day, or we go to bed at midnight and then it throws off our sleep

cycle.

Also do we meditate and do the 5 Tibetans or the other way round?

Thanks!

Peter & Kate
