Hello J,

Welcome and no worries as to asking questions - we all learn

from eachother. I will suggest that you do your best to look at your

hands for a way of knowing the reality you are experiencing. Open

your hand and look at your fingers and palms as you hold them out in

front of you.

 

This is an action that is similar in effect to stating " Clarity

Now! " in the Out of Body state of being. This will immediately bring

the " beta brain wave " waking consciousness into expression. This

part of your consciousness will be able to discern very quickly

whether or not you are in the dream state. Flying by intent is

another way.

 

Sometimes a person can experience other realities while awake and

though this isn't common it can have the effect of causing some

confusion. Ground yourself into the physical realty by eating or

going to the bathroom, walking barefoot on bare earth, aerobic

exercise, hard physical work and anything that uses the physical

body in a way that is nourishing or significant to its focused

expression like the afore mentioned activities. Be diligent.

And read the areas about breathing. Do these exercises and do them

for as long as you can on a daily basis. Follow the instructions and

ask any questions that come to you here on this group.

The " following " of the breath is a beginning action of a meditation

sequence that calms the mind by relaxed focus (following the breath)

and allowing the body to follow in that process.

 

Meditation can come in stages of relaxation as we progress from one

stage of focus to another one. Soon focus goes away and we are in

the region of restorative and reconnected experience of who we are

as multiple expressive platforms of consciousness. This gives way to

experience of pure consiousness as defined by its own experience of

itself. Beyond the bodys of earthly expression and into the

macrocosm of super consciousness as much as it can be safely

experienced as determined by the " High Self " .

 

Do this every day J for at least nine days. Try to make it the same

time and the same way each time so that the body consciousness and

the mental and emotional and psychological and spiritual

consciousness can come to expect your time being spent in this

manner, at that time, in that way. This begins to form a pattern of

continuity that these five consciousnesses will remember and act

upon when entering into the meditation. Like bookmarks.

 

This will help restore sleeping patterns that are healthy. This will

help your mental and emotional and psychological clarity. This will
