Guest guest
Hello Peggy, Yes I recognize you. Yes you have had the beginnings of a Kundalini event. The coldness you felt was the introduction of the Shakti or the feminine nature of the Kundalini into your system. Here is a schedule for you: Twice a day in the morning after you rise and in the evening before you sleep do all of the Tibetans with nine repetitions of each rite. Start out with nine but if it is too difficult go to six. Please try to build the amount of reps until you reach 21. Immediately after the Tibetans do the alternate nostril breathing as described here http://www.kundaliniawakeningsystems1.com/the-safeties.html You will find the breathing exercises near the bottom of the page, namely the " Alternate Nostril Breathing " or " the Compression Prayer " . As soon as you complete this go straight into a meditation. Sit in a chair feet flat on the floor (bare feet) and hands palm up on your lap. Keep the spine straight but do not hyper force it to be so. Let it feel natural for you. Now just breathe through your nose and allow yourself to follow the breath. If the nose is stuffy purse your lips as if whistling and control the volume of air that way. Start by counting as you inhale to nine and then count your exhale to nine. And do this continuously OK? This is to just begin to calibrate your mind away from the concerns of your life and the responsibilities of your profession which I have done and am familiar with! - lol. Just do this much for nine days and as stated for another member please do them as best you can at the same time, the same place, and in the same way. Let us know how this goes for you Peggy! - , " pegpaulpaper " <PDeterraMA wrote: > > Hello, My name is Peggy. I am a caregiver.
Guest guest
Hello, the experience that had happen to me was a few years ago, you know the cold feelings etc. I haven't had many experiences like that lately. I was in quiet time today, when I heard a loud shot like a gun. It wasn't outside and it wasn't inside. I do not have a clue what that was. Thanks Peggy **************Wondering what's for Dinner Tonight? Get new twists on family favorites at AOL Food.
