Guest guest
Go to the ER if this gets worse. This should not last Chris. Right now if this feels good for you, take many short and shallow breaths and make up for your lack of longer ones. In some formats this can be called the breath of fire and yes it may stimulate more of a flow. The idea is to pant in short and rapid breaths. Do this for a short time and then stop and see how the flow is going. If everything feels OK then start up again. Breathe in such as to allow the stomach area to go in and out in a rapid fashion this should supply the oxygen you need. Let me know how this is going for you as soon as you can. Another position you can try is a gentle twist of the spine on both sides. Lay on your back and swing your legs and hips and knees over to one side of the body but keep your shoulders even and touching the floor. Let the knees touch the floor if they can do so naturally but dont force it. Then reverse it and do the other side afterwards see if you can take a deep breath. - let me know - - c

I went to ER early today and had some test done . Everything came back fine but when the doctor placed his hand in the third chakra area he could feel the quivering and spasms that was constricting my air flow .. He game a prescription for some medicine to stop the spasms but I haven't taken any yet . To be honest after the last incident with the medicine I took , I'm not to sure what to take right now . It's not a major air constriction but the constant energy flow in the area seems to keep that area with spasms and not allowing for deep breaths . Guest guest
If it isnt something that you cannot handle then please allow he spasms to take their course. It is a needed opening of the third chakra and there is an agenda behind it. Please keep us apprised Chris about how you are doing. - chrism , " Chris_H " <chghes1 wrote: > > > > > Another position you can try is a gentle twist of the spine on both > > sides.
