Guest guest
Hey, all! I had to share this as I think it must be K related. I have no history of joint pain, no arthritis--besides this flaired up overnight, from nothing to this, OW! Every joint in my body hurts. Ankles, knees, neck, shoulders, (elbows not so bad), wrists and even individual bones in my hands!! I feel like a crotchedy old woman, more like 80's than 40's! I promise I haven't been swinging on monkey bars, jumping on concrete or playing a hard game of tennis. I'm just thinking, " What the .....!!!?? " All I can say is I hope it passes soon...I don't feel like doing much of anything! Thanks for listening to me gripe. Love, Valarie

Guest guest
Hi Valarie, I'm thinking it's K related as well. The joints can restrict the flow of chi and so for t'ai chi and chi kung there are specific exercises to loosen them and allow the chi to flow. Perhaps Shakti is working to really open your joints. Guest guest
Funny, just before the earthquake here I felt aching hands and arm for no reason, then my jaw began hurting and my ears. 2 weeks before. As long as it doesn't go in to the ears you're safe I think ! I really think our planet may be beginning it's polar shift, I think this is making our bodies ache as the earth is moving around so much. The magnetic fields are changing even science is picking up on these facts. Could just be K but I think it's also our bodies connection to the earth at this time.
