Guest guest
Sleep paralysis is an aspect of the person entering into the beginnings of the OBE state. The person is wide awake and yet unable to move arms or legs or torso. Many go into fear at this but it is really an approach to the threshold of an OBE. I encourage people to have this and to go into it with joy and expectation. OBEs are a great way to educate and learn of the myriad experiences that are available for people. Keep having and cultivating the sleep paralysis if you are having them. Don't be afraid and when the vibrations come head too toe, let them come! Pops and Thunderclap sounds can be heard aswell so no worries it is natural. Enjoy these phenomena as they can eventually take you into the OBE state and once there you can have experiences that are astonishing and enlightening as to who and what we humans really are as a spirit and a body. -
Guest guest
Hi Chrism This makes sense to me. I can't recall being out of my body. I just remember awaiking and having no sensation of my physical body. It took some time just time for me to just rock. And even when I could do that much, I couldn't speak. Thank you for the insight, Chrism. Htp Ian , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Sleep paralysis is an aspect of the person entering into the > beginnings of the OBE state. Guest guest
I used to get these a lot - now it rarely happens. I now finally feel able to handle them, and they've stopped! <g> ... I have no idea how to get them happening again. --- Brandi Jasmine - www.bjasmine.com

Guest guest
Hey Seshmet, Check out the Robert Peterson book and the Monroe books that Denny has put for us in the file section. When you find yourself in the sleep paralysis state, try to roll out or sit up. Imagine yourself doing it and will it to be so. You might just pop out of your body. A lot of people work very hard to get to this state/stage that you are experiencing regularly, so enjoy it! As for there being pain, it might be from trying so hard to wake up, and force yourself out of the paralysis state while feeling some fear. If you really don't want to experience obe's, simply concentrate on one toe or one finger and try to wiggle it, you should come back fully to an aware state that way. Relax through it all if you can! happy journeys, bradly

Sometimes I get a hand or a leg " out " (if that makes any sense) but the rest of me is stuck in the physical. When that happens, I ... I dunno how to describe this but here goes .... I see my hand, but it is invisible (more like " clear " - I can see it but also see through it). I know somehow it is " made " of the vibrations I am feeling. The " vibrations " are " me " . Don't know if anyone resonates with that description (pun intended). When I had my full OOBEs, these sensations were not present. I was only a point of awareness, I had no physical form that I recall. I have also had " beings " come to me in this clear vibrational state. Some of them with somewhat dubious intentions if you catch my drift. I have been tempted to allow them to have their way with me, but serious fear always stops me every time. They don't like to be refused, so I think I've done the right thing so far. The last time this happened when I refused, the clear vibrational pattern slipped away and what I saw was hideous.
