This will have a stabilizing effect upon the panic attacks or anxieties that can accompany the Kundalini. These are from the infusion reaching the kidneys and adrenals and causing them to hyper express. This is normal so no worries. Stay well hydrated and stop coffees and teas and colas or anything that has cafienne in it. No high fructose corn syrups or artificial sweeteners as well as processed white flours.
