Hello Sharon,

Please purchase some watermelon and please consume it

at least once a day in volumes that you are comfortable with. This

will have a stabilizing effect upon the panic attacks or anxieties

that can accompany the Kundalini. These are from the infusion

reaching the kidneys and adrenals and causing them to hyper express.

This is normal so no worries.

 

Stay well hydrated and stop coffees and teas and colas or anything

that has cafienne in it. No high fructose corn syrups or artificial

sweeteners as well as processed white flours. Please look at the

dietary suggestions in the safeties.

 

Please practice the locks. Namely the eye lock, tongue lock, finger

Thank You, I will try and do everything you say. & nbsp; This is so new to me, and

honestly I am so out of my realm here. & nbsp; I thank God I found this

site. & nbsp; I honestly thought I was going insane. & nbsp; You have no

idea. & nbsp; & nbsp; I have been scared to death for months, and now I am really

finding some much needed peace. & nbsp; But I have so much guilt. & nbsp; I left my

husband of 26 years, and now I am thinking... gosh was it because of

this. & nbsp; & nbsp; So sorry to burden you with my troubles. & nbsp; I have not

shared this with one soul until this site. & nbsp; I thought they would come and

take me away in a straight jacket... honestly. & nbsp; I am getting very emotional
