Make sure that when you are in an asana or position to hold it for a while and breathe deeply while holding it. Flex your wrist and elbows arms and legs. Flex your ankle and toes hyper flex your quads and your glutes and your calves. Use the muscles and joints of the body so that energy isn't forcing its way through or getting stuck in an energetic bind due to an emotion or past life experience that can stick to certain areas. Be in real time as you do your forgiveness's and gratitude's. Be sincere and don't forget to flex your facial muscles as well as your cranial muscles. Arch your back and do some aerobics (outside in the fresh early morning air) if you can. This air is loaded with Prana and can be very helpful and healing. Work it daily ! It certainly would be bracing though. Looking forward to the shaktipat...hoping I have another nice one... If I am going to participate I would like to know ifthis is happening at night or during the day of that friday...
