Guest guest
It started later on yesterday and as soon as I did some exercises it moved to my middle back but it doesn't really hurt.It mostly feels like some kind of pressure and my back feels like it's broken, well kind of.I didn't post anything about this yesterday but I had this strange dream and I was looking to buy this medication and then found it.I had found it and was going to buy it but I realized that I had no money with me and I decided not to buy it in the end. It was some kind of liquid in a small dark tinted bottle with a dropper. The man who was going to sell it to me wanted $4.65 for it,lol.Does anyone know how andrenal fatigue affects dreaming ? I think it was Kundalini's way of telling me that I need something to feel good again.Even she can't help me now.I'm doing what I can but I don't feel good at all. Guest guest
Hello Nicole, You are not beyond the reach of the divine regardless of how you feel. Shakti will always be able to help you if you are willing to receive it on her terms. Another take on the dream can be that since you didn't have money it wasn't for you to have in the first place. You are very busy from what I feel about you from your posts. Perhaps a less frenetic lifestyle as difficult as that may be to achieve would prove helpful for you. And yes I understand you have the pressures of a mother. Shakti has those same pressures for you. - blessings Nicole - chrism , " ntaroiu " <lsirca wrote: > Even she can't help me now.I'm doing > what I can but I don't feel good at all. > > Love, nicole >
Guest guest
I seem to be having this very same situation. MY mid back is also feeling like it is stuck or needs to be popped/cracked. It feels like a pressure but it does not hurt. Wonder what this could be in connection to? So far I've read of two other members who are experiencing this as well. I am not having the tingles as much as I am having the song/music in my head constantly. This humming or music has been going on for about 3 months now non stop. I can not make out the words. I kind of like it...the music is very calming and relaxing. It is sorta weird to me. I have something that may help - I cannot give credit to the doctor who told me this because they don't want to wake up with a chiropractor standing over them in the middle of the night twisting their head off ... and not in a good way if you grasp my meaning <g> ... this is only one of the exercises he taught me but the others are hard to describe. This one is the best for upper back anyway. I have to make the obligatory " Do this at your own risk - for information only " disclaimer ... though I've been doing it now for a while and the only thing I have noticed is relief, I cannot guarantee the same results for others. Don't push this too hard, use your common sense when you try it ... okay? :-) First, you get a pool noodle (see any dollar store or the Wal*Mart pool section). Cut a piece off about 18-24 inches long. Wrap some bubble wrap around it, until it is about twice as thick. Then wrap that in duct tape. Then place the roll on a hard surface - a bed or the floor will do - with a pillow at the top for your head. Lie on the noodle so it goes down your spine. Then cross your arms across your chest and roll from side to side over it. I don't use a pillow because I like a stronger, harder pressure. I do encourage you to use a pillow at first, maybe start with a plain pool noodle, just to make sure you don't hurt yourself. I don't think that's likely - but if you have had any serious back problems it is a good idea to talk it over with your doctor or chiropractor first (just don't tell him who told you). Guest guest
I don't think that I am too busy, just that my children require a lot of my time and attention but I feel like they should feel more independent now that they are older and should be doing some things by themselves, lol. My daughter is a " drama queen " at times and she loves to have my full attention.I ignore her when she is being a brat because I don't want to encourage her behaviour and I don't feel guilty. She was diagnosed with adhd and I was forced by the school to put her on medication. She used to see a therapist and a psych doctor once a month but I got fed up with it when her therapist sugested that I increase her medication because when she saw her at 6pm her medication wore out and she couldn't stay still.I asked her therapist to complete some papers so that she can get state medical insurance and she refused. She told me that there is nothing wrong with her and that she does not have a disability and then I asked her why is she on medication then. She couldn't give me an answer so I intrerupted her therapy for a year. She has been seeing her pediatrician for her adhd prescriptions and she is doing great. She is very smart and I mean her iq was 100 when she was 6 and her former therapist told me (not the one she saw last ) that if the children with adhd are smart their brain will gradually make the right connections and they will get better.I noticed that she got better since she turned 9 and she is no longer climbing on the walls when her medication wears off.I can see a big improvement but somebody who doesn't know her for very long doesn't. love, nicole , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Hello Nicole, > You are not beyond the reach of the divine regardless > of how you feel.
