Dreams can become the land and language of communication between your

Kundalini and your conscious self. They often become the classroom

where certain lessons in holding the Kundalini and expanding your

awareness will be taught to you so yes please journal your dreams.

What may not be understood now will be understood later in your

process. -

I think dreams are extremely important. I journal every dream I have

whether or not it seems important. I call dreams the unconcious

mind's answering machine - it is leaving us messages and we need to

decipher them, which is not always easy.

There are many different types of dreams. Since you are on the K

path, I would expect a lot of your dreams to be related to it. The K

really does seem to change the playing field with dreams,

dramatically in my case.

There are precognitive dreams, lesson dreams, spiritual dreams, junk

dreams (where you are dumping off things that happened),

psychological dreams pointing out issues that need to be dealt with,

etc. I would not try to pigeon hole your dreams into one category as

there are many.

I would highly recommend journaling your dreams and then you can

always go back and make comments on them. I recently found a dream

journal from 1995 that had a precognitive dream about 9-11. If I

didnt write it down, I never would have remembered it! I also looked

back at my journal from when I was going through some really tough

problems and there were lots of clues in my dreams, including some

solutions.

one dream I had a month or so ago.. still sticking with me very strongly. I was

by the door or my house, putting on shoes.. and all a sudden, I felt a strange

eerie presence over top of me. I looked up at the door and could see someone

standing their (outside).. I think there back was to the door though. at some

point I managed to catch a glimpse of the face.. and it was me. I also remember

moving away from the door and backing into my kitchen and seeing the person (me)

standing outside the kitchen window (might have been then that I saw the face,

can't recall that detail anymore.

When I woke up I had a strong feeling about it being my higher self.. though

after tlaking to Drea, she made me realize it was probably my lower self.. (read

her ealier post from today about lower/mid/higher self). I just assumed it was

my 'higher self " not knowing about the concept of the lower self.. but I'm now

certain it was my lower self, probably wanting to be invited to connect with

me.. wish I had opened the door.. oh well, next time.

Hello all,

A friend and I have worked together a few times trimming trees. At some point he told me about a pet catfish he once had, how he could pet the fish during feeding time. A few nights later I dreamt that my friend and I were in someone's home setting up a job. It was a crazy dream. They had a catfish for a pet in a big tank. Only it looked like a cat-fish. A morphed together version of the two, which I decided to feed and then pet. While petting this cat-fish, it leaped up from the bowl and swallowed my hand. lol I yelled for my friend, 'help, help!', staring at its whiskers and big cat teeth. It wouldn't let go and for some time I fought with it to release my hand. Then the owners of the house went crazy and we had to get out of there! The house started to shake and fall to pieces. Don't know how, but I ended up outside and took to the sky. The whole world around me started to shake and crumble. While flying through sky, as if I was observing miles

into the distance from within a helicopter or plane, I saw the earth tear open. The weight and power of this event was conveyed to me in the dream, the enormity of it all felt so real and earth shattering. This was the end of the dream. As the whole opened and I came near it, I was drawn into its dark abyss.

Just a strange dream I thought I'd share.

One more quick share about a beautiful dream event, like a majestic fantasy world you read about in a children's book before falling to sleep. I cannot recall the dream phase which brought me to this point, but I ended up flying into the woods. They were a haven. In them I found refuge. My gaze focused upward into the night sky, above me the form of a tree as big as a mountain was silhouetted by moonlight. This awesome moon took up most of the sky, and as I softly floated higher and higher, tree branches as large as a city bus were all around as far as my eyes could see. There was a companion with me, we were safe and free. The life of the tree gave us shelter. For a time, we flew around this fantastic tree, enjoying its scenery.

I've been endeavouring to do this since this whole awakening began. In fact i think my desire to surrender to divine guidance fuelled my activation. Sometimes I think I'm like a mad woman. I wake up in the morning usually not having any idea what the day will bring and as soon as possible consult my kundalini as to how best spend my day. It will usually give me a run down. Then I spend the rest of the day following it in great detail, and I mean in detail,Lol, it is as you say Chrism, should I eat?, what will I eat? take a vitamin? what shall I wear? and so on all day every day. I know it sounds crazy, like i haven't got my own will. but the rewards are just amazing. My life has just been so much richer since i began this process. My happiness, health, confidence etc etc have all expanded so much and I know with the help of K its just going to keep building on it forever.I feel so blessed everyday. And in case your wondering no I'm

not in a bliss phase, Lol, I've been going through some difficult purgings in the build up and through this shaktipat, but i know from previous experience how worth it it is to keep following it through the difficult times. My dreams have been guiding and reflecting my process. To be specific I'm working on throat chakra issues. My last dream was of a river in flood that washed out the sewage from under an old folks home. I ended up choking on it, hacking coughing vomiting to try to get rid of it while i tried to single handedly dig it all away from the fences on which it had caught up. A town official came and said i needed help to get rid of it. Lol how symbolic is that of the purging throat issues I've been having. My hardest times are when I'm too caught up in emotion to tune in properly to my guidance, and also when challenged by others to make my decisions based on the 'rational world' and not my 'thing' as I call it.

Its really difficult to share the extent to which this affects me all day every day to anyone, even openly spirirtual people. So I am another one who has withdrawn to a large extent from the outer world and much social interaction etc. however i do trust that this is the right thing to do at this time. Not very helpful for learning to express yourself honestly though! Thanks for listening... I need to express myself, its a throat thing...NamasteAnaKundalini-Awakening -Systems- 1 , "chrism" <@ ...> wrote:>> Surrender is one of the most important teachings of a sustained activation of the Kundalini. surrender one is accustomed to hearing about or reading of. This is not about succumbing to an enemy or giving up. Surrender is the release of the conscious mind in its "control" over and of the mental and the physical and emotional bodies to the Kundalini. > > This can have its challenges.
