Guest guest Posted May 28, 2008 Report Share Posted May 28, 2008 I have taken alot of reiki type of attunements like Kundalini, practices meditation and spiritual advancement type of techniques, psychic development and skill advancements, breathing techniques, studied alot of advancement of healing and spiritual, chakra meridian and body healing and balancing, practice yoga as far as study yoga but no physical yoga because of my muscle stiffness from fibromyalgia and arthritis symptoms. Guest guest Posted May 28, 2008 Report Share Posted May 28, 2008 Hello Seshmet, Please do your best to understand that you have come to an area where what you have learned may not be as preparatory as one could wish. So please try to come into this with as much of an open mind as you can. Kundalini has its own agenda with a person. This agenda isn't typically recognized or accurately understood by many of the modalities that you list. I suggest that you begin to make a sincere distance from these modalities to the point of not practicing any of them for the time being. Not making any judgments about these methods, just that for the Kundalini when one " comes as a child " the results can be much less difficult. Not saying that it has to be difficult merely that sometimes what we as " ego " consciousness bring into the Kundalini can be blown far out of proportion. Guest guest Posted May 28, 2008 Report Share Posted May 28, 2008 years ago i went thru a spiritual awakening of sorts i was first dealing with the ego the best i could thru exercises i found online plus now my spiritual life is first and only first in my life this is the only thing that makes me happy is studying more and growing thru it.
