And to see and help people as people regardless of belief systems. The church was a reminder of your fathers experience and to place a spiritual quality as a validation that you can indeed do these things. It is also a reminder of the spiritual aspects of this skill. Not specifically the " catholic " aspects but the spiritual aspects including Catholicism and all of the other branches of Christian and non Christian theologies. Sounds like the voice is right on target my friend so pay attention and do these things: " Be well > Be healed > Go forth safely " These apply to you as well. Try to remove the differences you see people demonstrating and see them all as Gods Children. Brothers and Sisters no matter their physical appearance and practices. The Kundalini is increasing with in you, this is where your feelings are coming from. Do not try to force them or control them as that " ego " effort will disperse the symptom. Keep practicing and doing the safeties. Keep doing the locks now Jonathan. Chin to chest eyes up, fingers locked, and tongue up. (sphincter lock) is optional. This is also referred to as the " Maha Bandha " or the master lock.
