Electric spider web

Yesterday when I went to bed I was lying there doing some deep breaths

before falling to sleep. My chest began feeling heavy like I was going

into sleep paralysis, then I began feeling a sensation across my chest

that sort of tingled like an electric spider web was laid across my

upper chest. Every time I took a breath it caused these little shocks.

Has anyone experienced that while in sleep paralysis?

 

I had a dream snippet this morning that I thought was interesting in a

way. I became conscious in the dream and I was walking up to a couple's

house who ask me to check on their home each day while they were gone.

Their home was more like an apartment. The people who lived next to

them, their door was right there no more than a couple of feet away and

was connected by the wall. I walked up to the door and put the key in

and about that time the man and woman who live next door popped their

heads out their door and the woman said, " Nancy and Paul Warren (or

Pat.. didn't quit catch the guys named) lives there. " She pause for

just a second and said, on this planet. I think the words " on this

planet " was added as a sign to caused me to become lucid, but instead I

woke up physically. I have been having problems with that, so no lucid

dreams or OBEs for me. I don't know how to stop that from happening. It

seems my brain is taking my signals to become lucid to mean to wake up

physically. I need Shakti to fix my brain...hehe! I do not know a

Nancy and Paul Warren. Not in the physical anyways.

 

This afternoon while meditating, I became aware my arms where up in the

air doing this strange movement. What caused me to become aware of it

was that cold air was blowing down my face. I opened my eyes and

stopped my arms to see if the air conditioner was on and it wasn't. Ha!

I went back to meditating and once I was back in trance it began

happening again. The cold air was even stronger this time. I just laid

there and went with it. When I would stop my arms for a second the air

would stop.

I stopped my arms to see if I could make the air blow that hard by just

waving my hands real fast, but it would not. Hehe... it looked like my

arms were doing some funky looking snake dance.

 

For sometime now it feels like there is a strip of heat going up my

back from the waist to the base of my head, most of the time, through

out the day and night. It feels like it is about 3 to 4 inches wide.

The rest of me feels normal temp unless the strip gets really hot. I am

having a lot of tingling of my head going on and still get the brain

thing, but not so often. I think it may be caused by little surges of

energy. Not like the flutter sensation in the heart and solar plexus,

but more like pulses of energy. Probably the same thing, but just

stronger going into my head, but a different sensation from the pulse

that happens at the third eye and root chakras.

 

OOPs! there is one thing I was forgetting. A few nights ago I think I

was aware for a little while in the astral. I was out walking, which

seemed like a normal walk I take each day in my neighborhood. I looked

up and a large red dog was coming down the street towards me. I was

just fixing to give it a command to stay when I realized it was not

aware of me. It was in a dream state..hehe...running around in the

astral realm! Just like what I do most of the time I think. It really

irks me think that I am walking around in the astral realm in a dream

state every night. After standing there watching the dog come past me,

I guess that is what I did, fell back into an unconscious state again.

LOL! Not exactly what I want.

 

Well writing this last experienced reminded me of something else that

happened. I can't remember if it happened last night or the night

before. I became aware of returning from the astral, back into my body.

The weird thing about it was, it seemed I returned throguh my right

nostril. Have any of you done that or heard of it being done? I thought

you just left and returned through your chakra centers. I guess I could

have just been dreaming it. LOL!

Wow, Linda! So much is happening for you! You still have things

happening I've yet to experience, like sleep paralysis or astral

walking while conscious! Yea, I want an OBE so much but I'm not

pushing it to happen.

 

Along the lines of your tingling and spider's web thing, I had

something last night as I was in bed. I was doing the locks and

prayers, as I often do when I first lie down. I got hot and cold up

my spine and tingling in my crown then almost all over. I got really

bad restless legs! I just couldn't keep them still for anything. I

turned over and had my hands resting on my shoulder and one on my

hip. Suddenly I felt like bugs were crawling under my skin at all the

pressure points...my hand on my shoulder, the hand on my hip and all

along my body where it sunk into the bed! I jumped out of bed!!!

Nothing there. Luckily, I didn't wake my husband! It happened once

more but I could ignore it this time. It sure felt like bugs in my

bed!!! ewwwww! never had that happen before!

Hi Valarie, yea, I know what you mean, I actually thought I had sat

on a little garden snake one night. There are a lot of them in my

yard and I thought when I sat on the bed and felt something move

under me one had somehow got inside the house. I searched the bed and

room over, there was no physical there. Hehe! That was when the

pulsing in my base chakra began.
