Hi I've just joined and I'd like to introduce myself. My name is

Vlad, and I'm a Russian (from St Petersburg) living in Australia.

My experiences started when I was 13 years old. I began having flying

experiences in my sleep. My first was when I flew through the ceiling

and woke up in a skyscraper with all of the windows lit up by a

magnificent sunset. I then started lucid dreaming and could feel the

tactile experience of moving through the ceiling even being able to

gauge the number of plies of timber in the roof. I then moved on to

waking frozen in sleep with very strong pressure in my chest, the

sounds of swirling winds in my head and then hearing a snap like

breaking branches almost as if my neck was breaking. After that I

felt like I was able to move between lower and higher consciousness

at will.

I now seem able to predict what many others around me are thinking

before they express themselves and I can drift into a frame of mind

where I am watching people as if in a movie projection and I am a

long distance observer in the middle of 3 dimensional dramas.

My feeling is now all the time of changes occurring in my body and a

friend recommended I join this Group and I am so pleased that I can

at last see other people having experiences similar to mine.

I have read and am trying to follow the Safeties and would be very

grateful if I could take part in the coming Solstice Shaktipat.

Thanks very much for reading - Vlad.

Welcome Vlad, regarding your mention of seeing panoramic sunsets,

I quote from website:

http://florence.ghibellini.free.fr/revelucidea/bonhama.html

" Lights produced in an experience - of a Kundalini Awakening

('s insertion)- can be " point-like, " for example,

and if you are able to fix your attention to it, it may open somehow,

shining brightly. Lights can also appear as already bright. Lights

may appear as images mingled with dreamlets from our hypnagogic

imagery. They may appear like a round moon coming up at the horizon,

or like the SUNSET and it can be red-colored, or dark yellow, or

sometimes just plain white. Lights can appear also as if a sudden

lightning, oddly followed by a " crack-like " sound, like what happens

in an electrical spark. Other times lights appear like " flames of

fire, " either small or extended. I also have had instances when

lights looked like the opening of a sudden fan in a rainbow-range of

colors, similar to one of the experiences described above. I had

weird instances where the light looked like a " TV-screen, " bluish and

sort of vibrating. Lights can be, for example, just an image of a

simple candle, which upon being noticed, transforms itself in an

intensely bright light! The variations can go on and on. "

I'm sure and our very experienced " Dream Team " can suggest

other insights - Best Wishes - John.
