Hi Carol

 

I have read your e-mail and have a few things that come to mind.

 

Firstly I can identify with your feeling " nothing " when was sending

energy to you. I remember being at a meeting where it was possible for almost

everyone else to be seeing and feeling things - but not I, eventually I raise my

hand and commented on the wonderful words music and people and explained that I

did not hear, see or feel anything so perhaps something was wrong with me as

most did.

 

My comment was greeted with a surge of lovely comments that part of our growth

is getting in touch with ourselves and letting go of my ego and just

surrendering; even a fourteen year old girl said, you are getting in touch with

your female side and that has a whole new spin for you, just believe, visualise

and things will happen - wow! what words of wisdom, my golly how right she was

for me.

 

For you I seem to hear your inner soul crying out for help, and what makes it

all the more difficult is the departure point of your comments. There is in all

of us an ego and our logical mind trying to work out and direct our lives. So in

order to facilitate our change, which I have begun to learn, is as far is

possible (tough for me) to always start from a point of love and comment and act

from that perspective, almost like being a witness of ourselves before we do

anything. This has brought about a surrender and opening of my bigger 'I' as

opposed to my little conscious I as I endeavour to practice this witnessing.

 

For me the practice of the safeties is a kick-start to the witnessing and the

change of our being as we slowly surrender to our higher selves (big 'I') and

align ourselves with our true purpose - believe me they work in a subtle way and

change us for all the best divine purposes. Your comments, as I see them are

being honest, so in fact you have already started practicing the safeties!

 

May your soul feed on the safeties and imbibe of their wisdom and your true

purpose WILL show itself, more and more.
