look like progresss to me

i am started safties few days agao and i start feeling heat energy rise from my

bast to up at my solar pluex chakra but it not going upward from solar pluex,

not getting why.

With the use of the safeties it is intended for this to be a

gradual process not instant. So keep practicing the safeties, all of

them, not merely the physical exercises.

 

Kundalini is more than mere physicality. All of the five earthly

bodies of expression are used.

Mental

Emotional

Psychological

Spiritual

 

Please use all of the safeties daily for a balanced and gradual
