Try not to fall into fear and be in good communication with God as these phenomena continue to occur. It can be disturbing due to its utter strangeness to our conscious ego oriented mind. As the Kundalini infuses the body every nerve will become very " thick " with the energy. In some ways this is as a hyper expression. And this hyper expression will go directly into the muscles and other tissues of the body. In the early phase a thickening or hardening of these cells and tissues will occur.
