Hi Sharon...if I may jump in here on the meaning of Namaste'.

In Sanskit it means " I bow to you " or " you to me " . In the English

translation it means " Greetings " . In some religious orders everyone

begins with Namaste' in introductions and ends with Namaste' in

closings. It is Unisex in meaning as well. I personally like the

formality of Namaste' as it is a sign of Respect. There are a few

that require the member(s) to start off with either

Namaste' or Greetings before writing their message post.

Respectuflly yours or Namaste',

Denny
