Guest guest
These are good and do serve to focus the direction before sleep. Statements of intention as reflected by actions in the daytime supporting that intent are also good. Activities in the waking state can be consistent " statements of intent " and as this is practiced over and over it will reach into the teachings given in the dream state. You will remember them easier and your lucid periods can also be triggered this way. When you become lucid your control increases and it is at this point that one can begin to explore the abilities that can be expressed within the context of the teaching dream or outside that context. Sometimes you may not be able to exit the dream even if you are lucid. This is indicating a requirement of learning the lesson of that dream and this may be directed from the Higher Self. Some of these teaching dreams can be violent and terrifying. No worries get a grip over your fear and begin to use your " knowingness " to begin to understand what is required. -
