Guest guest
oh my goodness is the first thought i had when i set down here to type about what happened. i woke up at 3 o'clock this morning. i got up with the intention of going back to bed as i didn't want to miss my dreaming sessions that usually happen in the early morning. but instead i ended up doing a bunch of reading on a website i came across the other day. so about 6:30 i decided to meditate. i laid in bed meditating for about 40 min or so. wasn't a real deep meditation nothing eventful. i was so comfortable though i just rolled over and covered up. just relaxing i think i briefly fell asleep. i dreamed i was either asleep or just lying on a floor. in my dream i felt like something rolled me over like i was doing a summer sault (sp?). i just let it happen and just laid in the position that it left me briefly. i woke up (really woke up) with this exact sensation. i literally felt like i was rolled over. it felt so real that i wasn't sure that i had not rolled over except i would have fallen out of bed if i had. i kept my eyes closed. as soon as the roll over feeling was complete...i don't know how to explain this part really but i'll try...i felt something coming at..in..through...i don't know which word to choose...me very fast. when it hit...got to me... in me...i had this rush...it was like the speed of the snake tubes coming at me in the dream i had the other day except it didn't stop it went in or expanded in me. it was like a freight train there was no stopping it. i didn't try to stop it but the initial feeling was as if it had to break in or through me. this just happened about 30 minutes ago and i am still feeling the effects of this as i type. my chest feels wider. i feel very light. i am jaw dropped for a lack of better words. i don't know what to do with this. this was such an intense experience. i don't know what else to say except i'm glad started learning about kundalini " before " this happened or i would be totally freaked out. not that i'm freaked out though. i defiantly would not have wanted this to have happened and have absolutely no idea what was going on. jaw dropping, debby
Guest guest
Sounds like a " spinal sweep " Debby. These are often felt as freight trains or rushes through the body. The " roll over " aspect can be seen as your individual appreciation of the sneses during this event. - , " DEBRA WILLIAMS " <dwilliams25 wrote: > > oh my goodness is the first thought i had when i set down here to type about > what happened. i woke up at 3 o'clock this morning. i got up with the > intention of going back to bed as i didn't want to miss my dreaming sessions > that usually happen in the early morning. but instead i ended up doing a > bunch of reading on a website i came across the other day. so about 6:30 i > decided to meditate. i laid in bed meditating for about 40 min or so. wasn't > a real deep meditation nothing eventful. i was so comfortable though i just > rolled over and covered up. just relaxing i think i briefly fell asleep. i > dreamed i was either asleep or just lying on a floor. in my dream i felt > like something rolled me over like i was doing a summer sault (sp?). i just > let it happen and just laid in the position that it left me briefly. i woke > up (really woke up) with this exact sensation. i literally felt like i was > rolled over. it felt so real that i wasn't sure that i had not rolled over > except i would have fallen out of bed if i had. i kept my eyes closed. as > soon as the roll over feeling was complete...i don't know how to explain > this part really but i'll try...i felt something coming at..in..through...i > don't know which word to choose...me very fast. when it hit...got to me... > in me...i had this rush...it was like the speed of the snake tubes coming at > me in the dream i had the other day except it didn't stop it went in or > expanded in me. it was like a freight train there was no stopping it. i > didn't try to stop it but the initial feeling was as if it had to break in > or through me. this just happened about 30 minutes ago and i am still > feeling the effects of this as i type. my chest feels wider. i feel very > light. i am jaw dropped for a lack of better words. i don't know what to do > with this. this was such an intense experience. i don't know what else to > say except i'm glad started learning about kundalini " before " this happened > or i would be totally freaked out. not that i'm freaked out though. i > defiantly would not have wanted this to have happened and have absolutely no > idea what was going on. > > jaw dropping, > debby >
