Guest guest
A first book by our member Chanti Devi & J. Ram Sivananda. Is now available. I havent read it completely yet but it is a.... http://www.amazon.com/Om-Orgasm-Tantra-Primer-Living/dp/1434349608 " Tantra Primer for Living in Bliss in a compendium of ancient mystical techniques of the East enriched with contemporary Western reasoning, a highly potent combination that will build deep intimacy in relationships. The joy of orgasm is a metaphor for the joy of living and loving. Contrary to a popular interpretation, tantra has often been portrayed as orgiastic, pedestrian sex, while in fact it actually is a very high path requiring an awareness of virtues, and mastery of life skills. " We have out tantric group here which follows much of the same guidelines. It is the left hand path to the Kundalini. -tantra/ Blessings all - chrism

Guest guest
Oh! Oh! Me! I used to use drumming all the time to... promote the changes in my brain wave patterns. It's the one thing I actually collect from every country I travel to, a drum. I haven't had the chance to drum in about six months, though. I miss it. During drumming, I always experienced an altered state of reality... including different energy flows/connections, visions and messages. I don't have a drum here and I find myself randomly drumming on things sometimes. My drumming pattern doesn't seem to fit into a category. I was taught djembe initially but something about it was too chaotic for me. I think I created my own style or beat. My right hand tends to do have a 4-beat rhythm while my left carries a two 2-beat rythm (although does 4- beat depending on the... sound), if that makes any sense. ?? I don't know how to explain it. I guess maybe: RRRR (for one beat) and LL (for one beat) instead of R L R L. Like.. LRRLRR as one beat and switches to LLRRLLRR... back and forth like that. Kinda. haha Love

Guest guest
I've been to many a fire circle where the African rhythmns were intense! I've also played drum around the fire, and sometimes it can be just as amazing. I would highly recommend it for anyone to try! But be warned....it can be addictive! I'm first and foremost a fire dancer...secondly a drummer. But they are both awesome! : man_of_women_desire: Fri, 6 Jun 2008 09:28:32 -0700Re: Re: From Om to Orgasm friend of mine use drums for energy, she told me that drum can be use to rasie energy in you. but she use most of African drums beats. & nbsp;never exprince myself but my friend use drums alot --- On Fri, 6/6/08, Bethany & lt;bethany_abear & gt; wrote:Bethany & lt;bethany_abear & gt; Re: From Om to Orgasm: Friday, June 6, 2008, 4:24 PMOh!
