But I know one doesn't go from eating to not eating without some serious thought, education and a slow weaning off what the body is used to. Can anyone direct me to some good information on it or tell of an experience with it? The main thing is how does one nourish the body on just chi/prana? How is this energy converted into energy the body can live off of? What are the sources of this energy and how does one take it in? I I can see the benefits of this on many levels with food costs rising, the damage farming, esp. of animals, does to our planet as well as a chance to detox the body from harmful western food/lifestyles.
