Guest guest
Carol, I like your theory. My brother was diagnosed as schizophrenic before he took his life some 26 years ago. When I remember his often bizarre behavior, it does seem like he was living in another world. My K began to awaken a couple of years ago and since then I have experienced some truly amazing phenomena. At first, I wondered if maybe my brother's condition had finally caught up with me. After I decided that I was (arguably) functioning too well to have lost my sanity, I began to wonder if my (then 21 year old) brother might have been experiencing a K-awakening gone astray. We had no internet back then, so he wouldn't have had the benefit of a group like ours. He chose to self medicate with alcohol and drugs to quiet the voices. The psychiatrist then medicated him out of what was left of his mind before he put an end to it. Perhaps I will never know the answer in this life. I do feel deep compassion for anyone living with mental illness. Sometimes it seems that you would have to be a bit insane to feel normal in society today. Much love, Chas. , Carol <light248Y80 wrote: > > Chris H, Paula, > I have wondered if schizophrenics were just able to slip in and out of > different dimensions, and no one really understands what is happening. > An idea, carol >
