Try this first Valarie.

As you are in Arizona go into the desert at about three am. Go into

an area where you can be " natural " in a natural setting. Or as best

that you can.

Breathe the air - ( feel the action of the prana as you breath in

and exhale. Hold the inhalation for about six seconds then exhale

slowly and feel that rush that comes from the energy - not the

oxygen which is merely about 20% of the air we breath.)

Here is a chart of the components of air. -

Gas Volume

Nitrogen (N2) 780,840 ppmv (78.084%)

Oxygen (O2) 209,460 ppmv (20.946%)

Argon (Ar) 9,340 ppmv (0.9340%)

Carbon dioxide (CO2) 383 ppmv (0.0383%)

Neon (Ne) 18.18 ppmv (0.001818%)

Helium (He) 5.24 ppmv (0.000524%)

Methane (CH4) 1.745 ppmv (0.0001745%)

Krypton (Kr) 1.14 ppmv (0.000114%)

Hydrogen (H2) 0.55 ppmv (0.000055%)

So you can see oxygen isnt that abundant. The rush is from the

prana.

So breathe in the air and hold it then breath out. Repeat this in a

conscious format. As you are out in the early morning and it is

still dark allow your vision to soften and see the energy as it

undulates around you.

It can be perceived as soft white waves that wash around and beyond

you. You may see little pin points of lights as well - a type of

benign entity. Try this for nine days straight Valarie and expect

some Kundalini response to this intended effort. - blessings

Thank you for that advice, Chrism! Some of it may not be possible but

I will get as close to it as I can. I'm already feeling an elation

and I haven't even started doing it yet! I'll have to see how viable

it is to do in a family situation...but I want to try!

Many thanks and love,

@@@ You may see little pin points of lights as well - a type of

benign entity.@@@

I see these little points of light every day when I walk, some days

there are more than on other days. I had been wondering if what I was

seeing was the prana. ...benign entity. That is the first time I had

ever heard of the " points of lights " being called that.
