I surrender the need to always do more, I surrender my depression, I

surrender my feelings of self hate, I surrender any known or unknown thoughts,

pain,

feelings, or medical illness, psychological, shame, and guilt associated

with ALL persons whom have raped me, molested, sexual and physically abused me.

I surrender my feelings of not being worthy, I surrender my need to allow

people take advantage of me just to keep them in my life. I surrender all

shame, guilt, embarrassment, medical, and psychological issues regarding my

obesity. I surrender the fear that everything is not going to be ok. I

surrender

to any anger, resentment, hateful feelings, and abuse about all person whom I

have been in romantic relations with. I surrender to any anger, resentment,

hateful feelings, medical and psychological sexual abuse physical abuse and

mental abuse in regards to my grandmother, grandfather, brothers, and mothers,

and step father. I surrender the need to fight with people to push them

away. I surrender to God, Shakti, Shiva, and Kundalini energy.
