Guest guest
We often will harbor guilt from actions we have taken against others. Sometimes with justification and sometimes without. This guilt can chew away at our wellbeing and infect many areas of the five expressions. And it often stays with us for years and years. This is important to release as its continued expression will do nothing except serve as a constant painful reminder that we do not want to ever take that action again. Sometimes we must repeat actions that are hurtful towards others as in a Police officer or soldier. But we can be assured that there are measures that can be taken that can aid one in releasing these issues. So we must release this guilt and one way to do this is by going back to the person impugned (if possible) and making amends. Really taking it to the ultimate level and apologizing to that persons face if possible will go a long ways in giving you release. So does making any reparations if any are required. They may not accept it and that doesn't really matter. That becomes the concern for them. Something they get to work on. You have given the balance and repaired what damage you may have incurred. Now you move forward. This isn't always an option though. In that case you merely understand what has occurred and then you can " live " your corrected behavior. No more do you ever make that same mistake and this becomes a private and personal law for you. You live this balance every day. And you live it with the full knowledge that there may be a karmic price you may need to pay at another time. You will not be able to discern this until after you pass, so realize this and move forward into the considerations towards others that are espoused here in this group. This will also go along way towards releasement. Always remember to forgive yourself. Doesn't mean you repeat the offense, more that you recognize the wrong that was done and have made corrective actions and now you are moving on into your life expression with out ever needing to repeat that lesson. - some thoughts - chrism
