- hearing music and detachment feelings ? Sarita

I have these wonderful tiny and I think glass bells that ring, sometimes

just one, sometimes a thousand. You're fine Denny. Cultivate peace, just

as you would cultivate a garden. Do it with your being. Relax into the

flow of the work. Sometimes life is work. Give me a pile of dirt to be

moved and a shovel and I am a happy man. Chill, enjoy, savor what the K is

blessing you with.
