- hearing music and detachment feelings ? Sarita

I am glad that I am not alone in hearing Celestial Music within the

ears. I am working on the anxiety...with the other member replys to

my post I have calmed down and relaxed a bit. Sometimes my own

thoughts get carried away and I get worried. Being an EMPATH it is

normal for me to feel some kind of anxiety...most are not my own

feelings and I have to shake them off and re-coup that energy. I did

get barefooted and went outdoors to walk in the small park we have

here. I became very grounded and I released this negativity. I thank

you all for being my mantle piece to lean on. As for the visions...I

do wish I had a little more control over them but I don't. I should

practise letting them go after acknowledging them.
