New start of day...

chrism asked me to get up at 5a.m. to start my day. i write

affirmations for an hour then do my t's/yoga and meditation- only two

days worth but i can certainly tell the difference- it feels so good to

devote a set time to a practice- I was having difficulty figuring out a

way to get everything in - he also suggested i now go out and do the

exercises outside as was suggested to Val.

i live in town with lots of folks about yet there is privacy in the

morning- not the same as a wooded area or a closed yard or a desert

space yet i use the spaces that are available at this time to me--

 

I have a balcony overlooking a pond and a beautiful expanse of sky is

viewed -so tomorrow i will do the t's on the balcony in the dark -

listening to the birds and hopefully smelling some nice air -

 

eventually i may even go further and do a walk about-

 

a sharing...

Hello dear , how wonderful to hear from you. Thank you for the

idea of doing the Tibetans on the balcony. I never thought of that!
