I start reading as usual but when i start concentrating and go into the content...i start to feel this. The matter may be anything. I feel as if the rest of the surrounding go far or dissolve off...the only thing i can see is the book or the sheet in front of me...... Inside me i feel as if i am shrinking and i feel very different in my body. Then i feel as if the only thing exists is my mind that is reading and the sheet and nothing else....... The same things happen when i concentrate and type......
