Guest guest
OK, I can't go without mentioning this!! I'm thrilled, not sure how to take it but here's what I found out... Today, at the end of his hour-long daily meditation (he does this right after work, usually--Vipassan mediation, if anyone knows about that) John had what he called an indescribable experience, he said it freaked him out really. He " felt " more than anything, the presence of a woman who passed at his work just this week. He didn't know her very well but had talked to her and done one project with her. After a calm meditation with nothing unusual, right at the end he felt her there, he said he didn't want to tell me as it sounds too corny but it was like a communication from her. Not words but a positive feeling. I told him it didn't sound corny to me (but then I'm that New Agey whack-a-doodle to him) but very interesting. I told him that at the end of a meditation, a person was very open and things might likely come to you out of the blue. He didn't just shrug it off this time, to my utter amazement. Without my saying or doing anything special, things are changing for him because of this meditation and my K and Shakti, no doubt. So something to celebrate though I will do it in a very quiet, discrete manner! Maybe he'll catch up to me eventuall!! I can hope! I just thought that was extraordinary and good news. He asked if it had ever happened to me and first I said no but then remembered it HAD once, after his Dad's death. Out of the blue, I heard him laugh his deep " Ho-ho-ho " laugh (very like Santa Claus) plain as day. Like he was having a good joke. It felt like him being right there. He remembers me telling him that but at the time he sort of blew it off. Anyway, this is a positive thing! I usually have visitations in dreams, he's getting them awake in his meditative state! How cool is that! If he can get past the freaked out stage. Wish him luck, and maybe protection as he will be open to everything at this point. Love, all, Valarie

Guest guest
Good news indeed Val, and interesting that your hubby does vipassana yet fears kundalini. Surely he knows that all paths lead to the great path? One can live in hope huh! I feel good things a comin' for you both. Love Elektra x x x ________ Sent from Mail. Guest guest
Yes, ironic, isn't it? Oh well, he will have to learn all this himself. I can try to talk to him but get nowhere so I guess he will have to discover all for himself. At least, I know how to help in some instances and always have chrism if there is serious trouble (sorry, chrism...and let's pray it never comes to that). I know the safeties and have printed them off so they are at hand should I need to show them to him. & nbsp; I feel his stubborn will & nbsp; moving from steel to hard plastic. Hopefully it will soften even more as this goes on. Your intuitions are usually good, Elektra, so I'm betting on this one, too! Thanks! & nbsp; Love to you and still think of you and what you are dealing with right now, Valarie X
