Hello everyone,

I have a question please as I have this experience which has been

puzzling me. I seem to have experienced a spontaneous Kundalini

shakti during one of my lucid dreams 2 weeks ago.

I have not practiced Yoga nor know much about it, although I have

been meditating since a young child according to the Buddhist

teaching. I was talking to a friend who is a psychiatrist and he

told me about the coronal chakra. Curious, I looked it up and read a

little about the 7 chakra and Kundalini. I had also read in the book

Eat Pray Love about how one needs a master to help wakening the

kundalini and allowing the " serpent " to rise through the spine. That

was the extend of my knowledge on the subject.

Then on the 3rd of June, during a lucid dream ( I am a natural lucid

dreamer ) I suddenly woke up. I realised I was lying on my right

side with both knees up. I glanced at the clock and it said 3.15 am.

I thought to myself " Its not time to get up yet, I better get back

to sleep " . As I drifted off to sleep but not completely asleep, I

suddenly became aware of the spot in the bottom of my spine and felt

a warm green round spot growing there. For some reason I just knew

that I was going to get Kundalini. Next, I felt like a thunderbolt

shooting through my spine from the coccix all the way up to my head,

when it reached my head it exploded into this bright light. The

force was so great that it shook my whole body and send numbness,

tingling down my arms and legs into my fingers and toes. As the

thunderbolt was travelling up my spine, I could feel the chakra

opening up and lighting up one by one, like light bulbs on a

Christmas tree. The force was trememdous but there was no pain.

Instead there was an amazing sense of bliss and happiness. I lied

there, stunned for a minute and could hardly believe what had just

happened.

I thought to myself I need to double check in case it is a dream so

I concentrate down my coccix again. Once more I felt the tremendous

thunderbolt shooting through my spine exploding in my head shaking

the whole body just like before. The force was so great that

although I really enjoyed the experience, I didnt dare to repeat it

again because I felt like I would faint or fall off the bed if I

kept doing it !

I lied in awe of the experience and just bathed myself in the

blissful feeling until I fell asleep.

The next three days I was walking around in cloud 9 the whole time,

I felt high. I wanted to dance and laugh and sing the whole day

long. There was no sadness, no worry ... just complete peace and

bliss. It was wonderful !

Since then I have come back down to earth but I dont sink low and I

dont feel anxious, depressed or worried anymore. Everything that I

plan to do now seem to fall into place without any hassle or

problems.

My question is ? Is that what Kundalini shakti feel like ? Anyone

here experienced the same or similar ?

Thank you very much and God bless you all.

Hi Annise,

It sounds like you may have had a spinal sweep and please enter it

into the search engine on the forum to read more about it. Sounds

like an awesome experience!

Kind regards...Angelina
