Guest guest
When the Kundalini starts to invigorate a persons body things can become very wonderful and frightening at the same time. If a person hasn't done the clearing or purifying before this event(s) the blockages can occur and psychological imprinting can form an illusory foundation of pain, paranoia, and in some cases panic. What can be the beginnings of the Kundalini Syndrome. To ameliorate these issues I have found that conscious giving and sending and receiving of loving intended service will greatly reduce if not completely remedy these conditions. With the seminars there are people who may write of my insistence on the gift of service for the healing and clearing of stagnant energy conditions in the giver. This is what I insist on yet so many outright refuse or choose not to engage in this part of the practice and often suffer the consequences. Many people have a problem in giving help to others. The fear factor, the embarrassment factor, the time factor, the safety factor, the where do I start and where do I find those who would appreciate my help factor, All these " factors " will get in the way of anyone committing an act of service. This Kundalini based practice of service is a safe and familiar, everyone on the same page format of a practice that will not only fulfill the honor and integrity of the service but will have a profound effect upon development and application of the higher skill sets associated with the Kundalini. Service to others is an integral part of the program that is given. The intended use of love for the assistance of another, preferably a stranger. Most people on this list are strangers in the physical sense, those already activated not with standing. The Practice of giving service will allow for the continued, intentional, loving activation for the purpose of Kundalini Awakening within the guidelines of service and love and gratitude . Bhakti based activities. - chrism
Guest guest
I am learning something new every day. Since I am one of those individals whose kundalini was awakened spontaneusly, I suffered a lit bit of every single thing you mentioned. Especially panic!! So bad I ended up in ER one day. Now that I know what is necessary to alleviate much of this, I will endeavor to do this. I will LOOK for opportunities to give of my service. I do try and find ways to help on a daily basis, but there are days I could definitely do more, and this is exactly the inspiration I need to do that. Sometimes opportunities just fall in my lap, and I love those times, as I feel that they were divinely placed there. Great information! Guest guest
Sometimes the opportunities to help just fall into your lap. For instance, I was driving through my neighborhood Saturday a week ago and noticed what appeared to be a dead animal lying in the middle of the street. I stopped and looked and, sure enough, it was a dead cat. I looked to the right toward the house in front of which the cat was lying and there in the yard was a woman, crying. I stopped my car and got out. I started crying, too...I have 5 cats of my own and love the dear animals! She told me that she couldn't bring herself to pick up the cat and get it out of the street and that she had called her son to come and do that for her; she was waiting on her son. I offered to get the poor cat for her; she had already found a box in which to bury the cat, so I put the cat in the box and brought it into the yard. We cried and hugged. She was so appreciative of what I considered to be basically nothing...simply getting her dead pet out of the street. We talked for a long while. We found out that we had a lot in common spiritually. By the time I left, she had stopped crying. I hope this doesn't sound like I am patting myself on the back. The story is shared to illustrate that little things...simple acts of kindness...can mean so much to another person. And you never know when you may make a new friend in the process. Guest guest
A beautiful Moment, Claudia. What a lovely place this world will be when we care about the little things that come our way. What may even appear small and insignificant to us may be Divine Love reaching out through us to one that needs help. A Scripture verse says, " Man looks at the outward appearance, but God looks at the heart. " Thank you for sharing. Guest guest
Oh, Claudia! That is the saddest thing! You must have seemed like an angel to her. She was in a desperate time of need and I can so empathize with her. Thank you for that example. I think for some of us, especially me, it is hard to overcome the barrier of shyness or even stepping out of bounds of personal space to interact with strangers. I guess I have a deeply engrained philosophy (for lack of a better word right now) from childhood how I am to interact with people I don't know. It's been difficult for me to overcome. Thanks for sharing that with us. Love, Valarie
