That would be like asking " Can your mother be used as a fuel? " K gives life and the energy of life is used to create more life and so on. Prana is a food and energy, so is Shakti but can they be used as a way to power vehicles? It's possible though at this time not probable. In regards to wars and poverty. War is needed. It gives us stress teachings and shapes the light of love and compassion with in us. War teaches us about how " not " to have war. Same with poverty. The shaping of our souls often depends upon stressful conditions. Not having enough food or working hard or having excess. Poverty of love or a greedy love of money or lack of obvious opportunity. These are stress teachings for us to find our way through. And in finding our way through these stress tests we discover how it is that we treat eachother. Do we take and grab and run or do we share and help and expand. There are many dynamics to these teachings and they are all needed even the painful ones. You will never see me wishing to end all wars or solve everyone's problems.
