Guest guest Posted June 21, 2008 Report Share Posted June 21, 2008 More is not better if one chakra is getting so far out of proportion to the others that its expression is usurping the values of the other chakras. Be balanced in your approach and do not engender more energy in one area (outside of this Shaktipat) than in the other areas. Many people do not understand that all of the chakras work synergistically with eachother and that the heart or third eye or crown require the balances of all of the other chakras to do the work they do.
