Guest guest
No this isnt any kind of previous injury or condition. These are Kundalini symptoms Jonathan. Please begin to try and accept this as the ego will want to jump for any other reason for these symptoms to be occurring. Ego doesnt necessarily like or enjoy Kundalini. Do the locks and safeties and the breathing but please remember to condition the emotions. Work with the emotions especially now as the adrenals are going to be hyperstimulated and your levels of anger and or fear or irritability or paranoia may increase quite a bit. Joy and love and hope and devotions too but we often go for the depressors first. - lol. Do the reversals of intent. If someone does something bad to you force yourself to counter it by expressing forgiveness. If this is too hard have the anger reaction then do the forgiveness. The adrenals will bring epinephrine into the bloodstream. This is the fight or flee hormone and if your not fighting or fleeing it can have some rather explosive emotional outbursts associated with it. So please be advised. You are entering the Kundalini Zone. The ringing in the ears is another example of Kundalini symptoms. Good going Jonathan now be careful and be as balanced as you can be. Do not believe your ego at this time as to what is going on. - , " jonrow_2914 " <jrowland wrote: > > Hi chrism > > I will lay my hands onto watermelon. Guest guest
Hi chrism This would explain why my emotions have been swinging wildly for the past few days from feeling insecure from old issues to being ratty and aggressive! All needing a conscious overide to maintain an even keel for those around me! Having recognised and acknowledged what is happening an almost serene calm has replaced the rattyness and now I'm enjoying very warm feet in what has otherwise been a very cold and icy office! I expected developments with the shaktipat but certainly didn't forsee this combination! All adds to the adventure of life! love and blessings Jonathan , " chrism " <> wrote: >Work with the emotions especially now as the > adrenals are going to be hyperstimulated and your levels of anger > and or fear or irritability or paranoia may increase quite a bit. > Joy and love and hope and devotions too but we often go for the > depressors first. - lol. > > Do the reversals of intent. Guest guest
Wow, it looks like we are all experiencing very similar things. My emotions have been ALL over the board, and intensified 100 fold for the past few days. (And I did not even participate in this event). I had a long over due talk with God last night, and he straightened me out on several issues, all of which had to do with un-forgiveness in my life. And once I was enlightened regarding what I needed to do, I forgave, forgave, and forgave. Today, I have such a peaceful feeling, one that I have not had in months. It is not the bliss that I sometime experience when my k rises, but just overall calm and peace. And mental clarity that I have not had in months. I am so thankful and grateful to God today. He told me, I am merciful and I forgive you each and every time you ask. Every time you come to me, I forgive you, so why are you not as merciful and forgiving with those you love? That hit me like a ton of bricks. I had not answer, but knew what I needed to do. Just wanted to share Thanks for listening Sharon --- On Tue, 6/24/08, jonrow_2914 <jrowland wrote: jonrow_2914 <jrowland Re: Jonrow - Kundalini Zone Tuesday, June 24, 2008, 10:40 AM Hi chrism This would explain why my emotions have been swinging wildly for the past few days from feeling insecure from old issues to being ratty and aggressive!
