Guest guest
Yes this is the first for you my friend. I feel your goodness and I feel your practice of the safeties. Can you increase this practice? Not to the point of taking you away from your job or your way of life but by incorporating it " into " your way of life. Taking it from something one does as a separate action and making it a continuous action as you live your life. It is my hope that you can do this. The Scatterfield is active over your left shoulder and you are recieving. Let us see how this is felt by you! - blessings Anand - chrism
Guest guest
Hi and all the member of this group, Thank you for you email, Chrism. First of all, i admire the way you coach and assist people/students. You take you're time for your students individually, monitor their progress, coach them. I don't see that so much nowadays. I was already thinking of writing an email to the group about what i noticed in the last days since i received the scatterfield. Due lack of time and sleep i can't do as much as i want to do. You noticed this very well. I'm trying to increase the safeties, especially the five tibetans and meditation. I'n still increasing the number of times i do a rite. I was going to hard and got problems with my back. So i increase now slowly. Due lack of sleep (my little daughter of 2 years old, regularly wakes op in the middle of the night or later and want to sleep with her daddy. This happens a lot, which causes lack of sleep) i fall asleep everytime when i meditate. I'm aware of this and that i have to increase the time i spend to meditation. I try to meditate now also at my work while working. I try to keep my tongue up and when possbile i do some breathing excercises with closed eyes looking to my third eye. I also listen a lot to religious songs, i chant also about two hours daily. Being a initiated Hare Krishna member, we have to chants about 1,5 - 2 hours daily a specific mantra. This cost also a lot of spare evening time what means that i have less time to meditate. I will do better my best to increase the safeties and to incorporate this in my life. Can you tell what item of the safeties needs more attention or what i can do better? I would appreciate that :-) When you placed the scatterfield i noticed that. I felt energy around my forehead and an increased number of twinkles, tingling and that kind of stuff. I felt the energy. I got pain in my back, but i thought that was because of doing the 5 tibetans and not my kidneys. After a few days i got problems with doing to much of the 5 tibetans and i stopped with it. I couldn't walk or sit or do the 5 tibetans anymore. I did that that for a week. But i still had pain in the back. The pain is not so hard, but i can feel it. After that week i started the 5 tibetans again and i replaced the last rite with its alternative what works fine for me. But still i had pain in my back. I started drinking more water and i got relief from time to time. Since a couple of days i eat watermelons and that gave me a great relief of the pains. I hardly feel the kidneys anymore. So i know that i have to look for my kidneys. I noticed also that when i meditate the energy is increasing the number of sensations i feel. I had stopped Tai Chi because of not feeling save their and my spontaneous kriya's. Since last week i started with Tai Chi again and it felt good. I had no spontaneous krya's, but i think it will be just a matter of time and it will come back. I have pain in my legs, especially certain spots in my thights and since yesterday in my hands. I do not have visions, dreams of that kind of things. I have noticed yesterday that i had negative thoughts a number of times. About raping girls, agriness, fighting that kind of things. Normally i do not have them. While writing this email of reading email on the group i feel increased energy, more tinglings and that kind of things in my hands, feet. And what i also mentioned is when meditating, i can feel the 4,5,6,7 chakra's and the back of my head and neck is energized. There are sensations like tinglings, movement of energy. Thats it for my for this moment :-) Lots of love, Anand > Yes this is the first for you my friend. > > I feel your goodness and I feel your practice of the safeties. Can you > increase this practice? Guest guest
Hare Hare Krishna Krishna! Krishna Krishna Hare Hare! Yes you are on an extreme " fast track " from your outside to inside devotional practices Anand almost going too fast. Yet this is " you " and " you " are here and what brought you here is what is causing the pain in your back. So please know this. And begin to surrender your " Old Life " and welcome the " New Life " that Kundalini will and is bringing. A " Hare Krishna " believer is calling upon Krishna for activation. Activation through love and acceptance and service and devotion. This is what is giving you your speed! Krishna is responding - in real-time - and the Shakti has been released into your physical system. She is causing the pain in your lower back and spine. The kriyas etc. So know this and surrender to this as best that you can! She is the one that led you to this group. She is the one to whom great devotion must be given but not from prayers and chants. She requires your devotion from complete surrender to the " new Kundalini agenda " that she is bringing into your body. This may require you to replace certain activities that you would normally do with other activities that you have not been doing. Remember it is not about moving airplanes or controlling the weather with your mind. These are mere phenomena. They are traps for those who still lust after certain " powers " . The real goal is the teachings and further understanding of God and in what way God is known and understood beyond your cultural upbringing and into the harder to reach rare knowledge that comes from the divine marriage being complete - the Kundalini. Walking over the Kundalini Bridge into divine awareness! You practice a beautiful belief system. It recognizes the Shakti without understanding her divine directive with regards to Kundalini. Some who have had it and are having do understand but most do not due to the unavailability of ego based knowledge. Yes due to the rarity and lack of information one enters into the divine fields without training the " ego " it can become a most difficult experience. This is what is bringing you the rape scenarios and aggressive tendencies and you are not alone! Heh! Dear friend there are many who are also purging or having these issues brought up for purging but not willing to write about it in the group. So thank you for your honesty and forth right attitude of clarity and principled communications! The effect of the watermelon was a clue for you. Your Kundalini leading you to this group - your Shakti - is giving you " intuitive on the physical " instructions and these are often felt rather than heard. Sometimes it is a measure of feeling that is used as the communication platform understand? As far as your life goes and how you " have been living it " - With Kundalini some changes may need to occur. But your Shakti once again will direct you from an intuition or " feeling " point of reference. Sleep will come to you once you have realigned the many practices of your life into less. Combining into one that which is many. Surrendering to the Goddess Shakti and what her agenda now brings much as one must surrender to puberty from childhood. You are entering this great expanse and many of your acquaintances and friends will not be able to relate or go there with you. Most people in your life perhaps even your wife will not be able to go there with you. This is a personal journey in most cases. Aside from this group. You do not lose these friends and spouses for the most part it does occur if the Shakti demands it as the powerful emanations coming from you can open up people not yet walking this path. You will stay focused on the path and not advertising your new true natures. You are very blessed indeed Anand and so is your family. Yet there are some decisions coming your way that will require some flexibility from your ego mind so that you can adjust more completely to that which is awakening inside of you. So be the great father you are. Let your child sleep with you and trust in what Krishna and Shakti and the Shiva are doing with in you. Make the changes that are needed for you to sleep and be more able to walk the new and steep path set out before you Anand. Let me know if I can be of service to you! - blessings Anand - chrism
Guest guest
Hi Chrism, Forgive me for my delayed reaction. I read your posting and all the other postings. I also belong to those guys as you mentioned in a earlier post: " Sometimes these built up patterns are so embedded into a persons body(s) that they are difficult to let go of. " For me: especially when these patterns a build on a basis of love. I joined The Hare Krishna's because of their singing and chanting and their philosophy and now it is part of my daily life. I also got a lot of realizations/visions/dreams where Krishna showed me that He is with me and always protect me. That also threnghtened my devotional love for Him. So when i think of changing my patterns and pay lesser attention to Him, to whom i adore and obey with all my heart, it breaks my heart.. you now, first love.. true love :-) So it is and will be a BIG struggle for me to change my daily life patterns, because most my daily actions are pointed in singing of His holy names, chanting his Names and serving Him somehow. I'm in the movement for almost 10 years know, so it will take some time to change my patterns. In all what i do, i try to get His blessings. Even in the bad ones :-) I try to bring you advice in practice and i started trying to practice more. I try to keep my tongue up all days and when possible look to the third eye when possible. I also try to meditate during the day. Even for just a couple of minutes. And offcourse practice the tibitans. I also noticed that i also try to have a smile during the day om my face, which offcouse gives a happy feeling. I noticed a couple of things. 1) the more i meditate, the more i feel the energy in the upper part of my spine. 2) When i meditate i still fall asleep. Even meditating after waking up, after a couple of minutes, i'm gone. i fall asleep. At night, in the morning, in the noon.. it doesn't matter. 3) everytime when i'm on this forum, my hands starts tingling, somestimes it is painfull because it becomes so intense. 4) i hardly feel my kidneys anymore. 4) the last days, my feet are internally very hot. from outside it feels colds, but from inside its like they are in fire. 5) last friday i was at Tai Chi and i got spontaneous kriya's. very heavy breathing and Kundalinie wanted me to do some yoga-asanas for cleansing my spine. Unfortunately i stopped because i still have that uncomfotable feeling AT the Tai Chi centre, that it is not done and i don't feel myself in a safe place where i can myself let go and surrender myself 100% to Kundalini. I prayed to Kundalini to stop and to give me kriyas at home. At home nothing happens. I know, i have to work on this issue, because it is a place with a lot of energy, boosting my energy and causing these asanas/kryas. 6) two days ago i tried to some healing on my mother-in-law. I didn't know what to do anymore, so i did a Chi Kung exercise to active the chakras in my hands and after doing that i asked humbly to Goddess, to do some healing on hear. I started circulating the energy trough my spine and meridians and my hands started tingling. I also felt very clear raising the energy in my upper back and i felt sensations around my 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th chakra. It was a very nice and clear feeling of the energy. I liked it and enjoyed it. Maybe because i love playing with energy :-) Oke, i will stop now. I have to do some work :-) LOL, Anand
Guest guest
Hello Anand, Krishna knows you love him. He doesnt need you to remind him of your devotion he knows it already. These songs and chants are more for you and those around you than Krishna. Krishna knows this aswell. You seem to be doing great with the energy Anand. Please do not deny the Kriyas. Find a place there or go to a place that is more comfortable with them. It is important that they express as it is the Kundalini that is being focused and channeled when they occur. Kundalini is " Krishna's gift to you " so nothing should take a greater priority. Meditate as much as you can. Sing and dance to Krishna if it makes you happy. Krishna knows how you are dear friend. - blessings - chrism , " Anand Baidjnath misier " <anand_misier wrote: > > Hi Chrism, > > Forgive me for my delayed reaction. Guest guest
Hi Chrism, Thank you for your response. You know what. You're right, but it is my embodied and materialized ego, who resists and refuses let it go. It will be a hard fight to overcome this one. I had also in mind to ask the Tai Chi Centre for permission to let it go and give Kundalini full control during Tai Chi lessons. I want to go to the centre because it is a place with a lot of energy and it boosts Kundalini. When i'm there those tingling, jirking, spontaneous kriyas etc. etc. increases and that is a good thing. They know that also. But these people are dutch guy and quite uncommon with energywork. At home those tingling, jirking, spontaneous kriyas etc. etc. are not so intense of absent. What can i do against falling asleep while meditating? It is very frustrating. Thank for you reponse Chrism, a really appricate it. Lol. Anand > Hello Anand, > Krishna knows you love him. Guest guest
Falling asleep during meditation isn't a bad thing. It can be used as a way of communication with the Kundalini which will come to you in obvious symbols as you dream. So please consider this. Also it is an opportunity for an OBE. Which also gives one the opportunity to ask direct questions of the Shakti in the astral state. Good opportunities! Please watch your addiction to " feeling " the kriyas and having energetic expectations of sensation. It's not about these things Anand. It is about enlightenment and being open to Krishna and bringing ones self into a place of being able to bless Krishna with a person reborn into one that can honor the Lord God and be honored in return. Mere physical sensation is merely the bark of the tree or the foam of the ocean wave in the wind. Let yourself understand the majesty of what is occurring Anand. That Krishna has chosen you for this most rare gift. Please try to be worthy of this gift and the trust that accompanies it. - blessings Anand - chrism , anand_misier wrote: > > Hi Chrism, > Thank you for your response. >
Guest guest
I am so relieved to hear this! As the mother of a toddler, I often fall asleep while meditating. Sometimes I skip meditating because I know I will fall asleep. Now that I know this, I will do it whether I am tired or not! I'm attached to this feelings because i always have felt them and i saw this always as a form of communication. When this happened i knew that the energy was active and i paid attention to it. Especially when it spontaneous happened to me that was i channeling, then i used it always to check whether it is me or the energy whom is channeling at that moment. phff... it will be a long way home to get rid of those attachements... :-(
