Ringing in the ears-

I have had a constant ringing in my right ear (and sometimes the left)

since last week. I saw this mentioned in an earlier post to be a K

symptom. (I was getting ready to set up an appt at the ENT doctor to

check my ears) Is this something that will be permanent or come and

go? Sometimes it gets quite noticeable, other times I don't notice it

unless I listen for it, but it is always present since it started.
