Hi All,

 

As I am a new member in this group, so I am actively reading all of

the mails that are being exchanged here.

 

But, after reading few mails and this one also I am feeling a little

afraid about Kundalini as people are mentioning lot of problems and

pains due to it.

 

Is it true or are they doing it in some wrong way... Can anyone of you

please guide me and other new members.

Welcome to the group Sukhi! I'm sure will be along to answer

your questions, but I will make a few comments in the meantime.

 

Kundalini is a very individual journey and will be different for each

and every one of us. It is not always an easy path, but a very

rewarding one. I have been through some pain, but I have also been

through an immense amount of healing. My K awakened after a car

accident 2 1/2 years ago. At the beginning, I wanted nothing to do

with the K, mostly out of fear and lack of knowledge. Now, I would

not trade back for anything.
