No this isnt a wrong way Sukhi,

It is the natural way of expression

with Kundalini. In the non K active life we are raised to survive in

our cultural society. We live, play, work, study, and pray inside

certain rules and expectations of what is considered correct and

incorrect behaviors. We often choose many areas of behavior that are

difficult to ourselves and others.

 

These form patterns that when Kundalini comes requires a releasing

of these patterns of behaviors. Sometimes these built up patterns

are so embedded into a persons body(s) that they are difficult to

let go of. From this difficulty sometimes pain and or fear is

experienced. It is a way of cleansing that Kundalini brings. Ones

temple must be clean or in the process of being clean for The

Kundalini to be awakened.

 

The Kundalini isnt always about floating rose petals and dancing

Gods and Goddesses flying around on whisps of clouds playing

beautiful golden and glittering musical instruments. Or cavorting in

fields of of sacred bliss. Some of the time it is this way but not

all of the time Sukhi. We have to clean the temple and as anyone who

has done any cleaning at any time in their life - it can be hard

work! And sometimes painful! - blessings Sukhi - No worries. -
