Guest guest
can you help me with this… it seems that ever since I found out my Dad has cancer I have this huge block and I am feeling like I am just not moving forward. Things that I loved doing and came easy to me like the meditations; charka breathing, the Tibetans and Safeties are such a challenge and even if posting and talking I have to push myself. It's like my lower self is in charge and yet I know this not to be true because of the work that's being done on a deep emotional level. Any ideas… Is this part of the process? Thanks Laura Joyce
Guest guest
Yes the whole issue of your father's illness and your Kundalini awakening is mixing and the processing of these events is putting you into a form of stasis. By stasis I mean this from Miriam Webster - " A state or period of stability during which little or no evolutionary change in a lineage occurs " This is time for you to process and understand and mature within the already infused Kundalini activity that has come into you Laura Joyce. These issues " just by themselves " are strong events in a person's life and adding Kundalini into this mix makes the processing and understanding time lines extended. Practice the safeties and care nothing about the phenomena. Your Kundalini is healthy and alive and changing you but it is understood that an emotional body event is in the process of occurring. So the phenomenon dies down a bit in order for you to even have a coping mechanism in place. Your doing fine Laura. Please remember the intelligence of what is initiating these Kundalini changes with in you. Trust it. You are being held and cared for no matter the level of symptom or phenomena. - blessings Laura Joyce - chrism Kundalini-Awakening-Systems- 1 , " laurashomefires " <laurashomefires wrote: > > can you help me with this… it seems that ever since I found out my Dad > has cancer I have this huge block and I am feeling like I am just not > moving forward.
