Richard,

This is a challenge you will need to overcome. I suggest you do it

through Love. Just as simple

as one word, it means so much more. Love for yourself, Love for others

and Love for the God.

Trust no one except yourself, which means you ignore the voices, for

however it takes.

Do not resist it with anger or resentment, as it may continuously come

back. I would suggest to overcome it, or look past it with Love. Allow

yourself to forgive yourself, and get out there and get busy helping

others. I think that's the way to help yourself. Be around the positive,

positive people, positive environment, and positive inspirations. Only

you know what is positive to you.

I was told once to stand under a waterfall to rid yourself of entities

(but not stand in its sitting water). Not sure if this truly works though.

Let us know how this goes, but don't expect this to be over with quickly.
