I've been doing chakra work for a while, and like some here post, I don't

seem to get much higher than the 3'd. That's OK, I'm not pushing anything,

if I died tomorrow I'd die a happy and complete man.

I think I mentioned in my intro that I'm a little guy, for those of you

old enough I could have had a career as a " before " in a charles atlas ad.

When I designed my house I actually went to a lumber yard to see if I

could pick up the pieces of wood I needed to. 12 foot 4X6 " s on your

shoulder going up the ladder. Building it, did me in. Suffice to say, I've

had soreness and pain in my lower back for years. It's a family joke. No

one sits where the heating pad is, cuz that's Dad's spot.

 

Well, sitepat or what, a week ago the pain and soreness is gone. No more

heating pad. I've been very directed to keep my cancer at bay. but this is

just great. I'd forgotten what it feels like not to have a backache.

 

I think I've become an energy slut. That's all I want to do, bathe in the

flow around me. The more I do the more positive things I see. I grin

constantly, so much my facial muscles are getting sore.

 

Every creature within a half a mile is stopping by to say HI, a flock of

wild turkeys woke me this morning, I stumbled out to see what the noise

was and they just crowded all around me. Turkey tails on sky clad... Oh
