Dear group,

 

I'm new here, The following started 5 years ago and pretty much brings you

to where I'm at spiritually at this time.

 

It was during the instructions part of an activity at a workshop that I felt

an increased amount of light around me - a man whom I was about to talk to

appeared to have light around his face and shoulders. As I found him to be

very attractive, I avoided looking at his face directly so that I could

concentrate on hearing the directions. This was a " How to find your

soulmate " shop, and as we talked I felt a very pleasant surge of energy

through my body . I felt this the most in my heart, I especiallly remember

feeling lots of light inside of my cheekbones, I felt uncommonly relaxed in

my heart space, All of his words seemed to be coming from the Divine since I

thought that he was describing some very central parts of me, and we had

only met. I wanted very much to tell him but we were strangers and I had no

certainty that one could believe what happened. After leaving messagges on

inactive websites and much later finding the book Kundalini Rising did

Ibegin to understand it a little bit. I've been quiet so long about that

and the various movements and spasms? I often feel in my feet, knees and

hands and other places. I went through depression with psychotic features

over not being able to explain to my family (children!) why my behavior was

different from " normal " .My weight went down and then up drastically in one

year. I lost my job and house due to getting pyschologically disabled. I " m

without a support group at church, family

Hello and welcome! Please give an introduction of yourself to the group and

if you feel comfortable doing so mention your interest or an experience you

have had with regards to the Kundalini.

 

My name is Christopher A. Mitchell or chrism.

 

I am not a Swami or a Rajah, Saint, Reverend, Pastor, Monk, Priest, or any

other exalted individual. I do not claim knowledge of the writings of any

ancient or sacred text. The information received is gifted by the expanded

awareness of the Kundalini. I'm a person without social portfolio. I live in

the US and work amongst the masses. I teach the Kundalini and activate

those who clearly are ready. So anything I write is just another opinion on
